1. WHAT IS WEPNƎR’S SHIPPING POLICY?
After your payment is completed via the PayFast portal you will receive an email from our system confirming that your order has been placed. All items are made to order and will take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Once an order has been placed you will be notified along with your tracking number. Orders are delivered to the address that customers provide in the order form. A R150.00 flat rate is charged for standard delivery nationwide (South Africa only).
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED?
All items are made to orderA and will take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Once an order is placed you will be notified. Once your ordr has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. All order are shipped via 'The Courier Guy'.
3. WHAT IS WEPNƎR’S RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. Returns will be refunded however the shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns or exchanges must be in original condition with the swing tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges will be collected via our courier service. We will contact you about collections so that you can anticipate the courier’s arrival. Refunds will be processed once the returns have been checked to make sure they are in their original condition. Refunds will be processed on the 8th of every month. It will take 2 - 3 business days to reflect in your account.

Our sizing guide can be downloaded on any product page under the product description. If there is a problem with downloading or viewing the sizing chart please contact WEPNER under the ‘General Enquiries’ FAQ.
5. WHY CAN’T I REGISTER?
If you are having difficulty registering your account online, please note that you can still order without an account. If you require further assistance with registering online, please feel free to contact us on info@wepner.store for support.

This Privacy Policy describes how wepner.store collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the site. When you visit the site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.

We share your personal information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
- We use Shopify to power our online store.

- We also may share your shopping behaviour with our service providers and technology products we license in order to bring you the best customer experience.

Using Personal Information
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillments of your order and keeping you up to date on new products/services/offers.

Pursuant to the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPI Act”), if you are a resident of the Republic of South Africa, we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

- The performance of the contract between you and the site;
- Compliance with our legal obligations;

- For our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Retention

Automatic Decision-making
If you are a resident of the RSA , you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
We DO engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Woocommerce uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
Selling Personal Information
Our Site does not sells personal information.
POPI Act
If you are a resident of the RSA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to port it to a new service and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or erased.
