1. WHAT IS WEPNƎR’S SHIPPING POLICY?

After your payment is completed via the PayFast portal you will receive an email from our system confirming that your order has been placed. All items will take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Once an order has been placed you will be notified along with your tracking number. Orders are delivered to the address that customers provide in the order form. A R150.00 flat rate is charged for standard delivery nationwide (South Africa only).

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED?

3. WHAT IS WEPNER’S RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns will be refunded however the shipping cost is non-refundable. Returns or exchanges must be in original condition with the swing tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges will be collected via our courier service. We will contact you about collections so that you can anticipate the courier’s arrival. Refunds will be processed once the returns have been checked to make sure they are in their original condition. Refunds will be processed on the 8th of every month. It will take 2 - 3 business days to reflect in your account.
